Practicing Since 2000, Mr. Speek is an experienced and highly trained trial attorney. He has effectively represented clients in cases arising from sessions, criminal, circuit, and chancery courts and, additionally, in all levels of courts in the state of Tennessee, as well as federal courts in the Middle and Eastern District of Tennessee. He has served on the Trial Advocacy Board and is recognized by the American College of Trial Lawyers for outstanding work.
